It seems that the rental price for HDB flats along Tanglin Halt Road are quite alright.
Considering that it is located near Commonwealth MRT and also very close to Orchard Road (5 to 10 mins drive away), the rental of around $2000 to $2400 for an entire flat is pretty reasonable.
Blocks 89 to 91 are the HDB flats that are located right next to Commonwealth MRT. Commonwealth MRT is just 7 stops away from places like Cityhall MRT or Raffles Place MRT. It is less than 20 mins ride on the train!
